Recently, it seems hard for me to put myself into sleep.
Don't know why, these things kept coming into my head everytime i closed my eyes:
i) put myself into sleep (which is of course the reason why i climbed onto the bed) ii) noises and sounds (there were noises surrounding my head and it keeps on repeating) iii) girls (i don't know why)
Surprisingly, i can easily get an afternoon/evening nap. There must be something wrong with me.
